Closer Prive Refund & Returns Policy
At Closer Prive, we value your satisfaction. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you shop with confidence.
1. Returns Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Perishable items (flowers, food, etc.).
- Gift cards and downloadable software.
- Personal care and health items.
3. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at geofreymwesigwa2@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please contact us for the appropriate return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
